Midnight Meme Of The Day!

>

-by Noah

On its surface, today's meme is hilarious. Señor Trumpanzee has, indeed, now told us that he has spoken with the President Of The Virgin Islands. If one knew nothing about this country, that may even sound somewhat reassuring. But, much as I am tempted, I can't call this meme a bit of levity for the weekend. If the reality of having a crazy man in the White House wasn't so dangerous to the world... well, the fact that Señor Trumpanzee says he has spoken with "the President Of The Virgin Islands" when he himself is in fact "the President Of The Virgin Islands," would be funny. It would be brilliant satire, dark satire, but satire none the less.

First, it was Puerto Rico. It appeared that the Trumpanzee was unaware that Puerto Ricans were Americans. Hell, the previous administration sent twice as many troops to help Haiti after their earthquake than the Trumpanzee sent to PR. In any event, it's obvious from his statements and actions that he doesn't consider Puerto Ricans to be deserving Americans. As we would expect, to him, they are some sort of sub category. 16 people died as a direct result of Hurricane Maria hitting Puerto Rico but as the deaths due to his abdication of leadership, his organizational failure when it comes to FEMA, and his malfeasance, mount up and pass the amount of deaths from Maria, any honest person on the planet will realize that Señor Trumpanzee is unfit for his job; even if for whatever bizarre reason, they don't already realize it. Wait 'til the cholera epidemic starts.

Now, we have to wonder if the Trumpanzee knows that the U.S. Virgin Islands are part of our country just like Puerto Rico is. Hint to Donnie: What does it say right before Virgin? I'll give you some time to answer. Stop focusing on the word Virgin. If you want, go to the mirror and ask that guy. He might know. After all, he is the President of the U.S. Virgin Islands. And please, don't go off on one of your rambles about how the Virgin Islands are "surrounded by big water" in a "big ocean."

We keep hearing the stories about the Trumpanzee parading around the White House in his bathrobe, screaming at "the hired help," yelling at the TV, hating everyone there, and god knows what else. It's gotten so bad that people around him are apparently talking about wrestling him to the ground as soon as he heads towards the nuke button. Let's hope they get there in time or there will be no need for impeachment. Even his brother in white supremacy, Steve Bannon, has reportedly said that he thinks there is only a 30% chance of our demented and delusional president making it to the end of his first term. Bannon points to the 25th amendment. So should we all, before it's too late.

Ever notice how often Trump refers to himself in the 3rd person? Be on the lookout for that every time you see him speak. Is he so detached from reality that he sometimes forgets who he is? Is this a split personality thing? Bipolar? Is he, in his sick mind, some guy who occasionally gets to speak to the President Of The United States? Who does he think he's talking to when he sees whatever he sees in the mirror? My god, the more I think about this the more I start to feel scared for his wife, but, then I realize that this is the life she chose. Sooner or later though, she just might come to the brutal realization, that no amount of money is worth the insanity. The best she can hope for is the unlikely scenario where she gets to have her husband committed to the nuthouse. Of course, she knows that her hubby will buy every head doctor he needs in order to have himself declared sane, so it's just a dream, if that's the dream she's having. Melania, your life must be a nightmare. Ours certainly is.

One final thought: Does Señor Trumpanzee realize that Russia is not part of the United States? Or, does he get off the phone with Putin and tell whoever is there (real or imagined) that he has just spoken with the President Of The United States?

I'm going back to bed and pulling the covers up over my head. If one Trump in the White House is unimaginable, two of them side by side is a nightmare of Biblical Curse proportions. Blood, frogs, lice... anybody?

"16 people died as a direct result of Hurricane Maria hitting Puerto Rico ..." I think this is incorrect. What really happened was they stopped counting at 16 and have been too busy trying to survive since then to count the number who have died. It surely will run into the thousands if you just count the people in hospitals who died because power was lost and then the generators ran out of fuel. I think we are going to need to count the numbers who drowned but weren't yet counted. How many died from mud slides? I'm not sure how we are going to count those who die from drinking polluted water. It appears Trump's people are afraid to tell him that first number was absurdly low, from the first half hour after the storm hit. They haven't updated the number since the first day.

Let me know when Trumpcare roams the halls of the White Man's House engaging the portraits of previous presidents in conversation.
